Committees & Groups

Learn about committees and activities in our community! If you are interested in starting a club or group, or joining an existing committee, please contact the board of directors or your community manager. 

Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees:

Trail Committee

We're looking for hands-on volunteers that are willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in an ongoing effort to make our outdoor common areas and trails shine. The majority of this work takes place during the spring and summer months.

Budget Committee 

Are you good with numbers? Help plan our community's spending while keeping our finances balanced. This group of individuals works directly with the board and management in the preparation of the fiscal year budget.

Architectural Control Committee 

Do you have a good eye for design and aesthetics? Join our ACC committee! You would be in charge of approving property owners requests to make physical changes to their homes. Making sure to stick to our community guidelines and maintaining Garner Valleys beauty.

Common Committee

Our common area and building is a beautiful place to host events and parties! Our common committee makes sure it is well stocked, maintained, and ready for the next event or gathering. 

Fun Committee

We are all about having fun with our neighbors in Garner Valley. From family movie nights, BBQ's, ice cream socials, and so much more. The fun committee is in charge of planning and organizing our fun events!
